“Very impressed with their honesty. Driving home last night in -35 weather my vehicle message came up as reduced engine loss, and service traction control. So Saturday morning trying to find an auto repair shop is not the easiest as most of them are closed. Well I found BB Auto Service and they were able to get me in, Saturday am walk in appointment. They called a few hours later and the test came up positive meaning that most likely due to the extreme cold weather it caused the error message. Picked up vehicle and it is running fine. I thanked them for their honesty as they did not charge me an astronomical amount to look at my car. They did not tell me that there were all these issues that needed to be repaired, as we know some auto repairs places including dealerships will do that to make the extra dollars. An honest location and impressed with their service they provided me and their honesty speaks volume about their business.”

“I would give JAS and his team a 6 out 5 if it was available. He has repaired many vehicles for me - timing belts, water pumps, front shocks and springs and many flat or slowly leaking tires. He even fashioned a new brake line for me on our pilot when the old one ruptured. Above all he is honest - something you really need with older vehicles, he is priced very competitively and gets your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. I like that you can actually talk with him about the issue in detail to decide on the best fix for your vehicle given its age.”

We Received Timely Help
“This review is better late than never; even though it was a couple years ago now, I have to thank them. We were traveling thousands of miles away from home in our motorhome, when it broke down. We could not get anybody to help us and after hours on the phone, trying everything, we just happened to phone someone who knew these guys and directed us to them - one phone call and these guys were on it. We got to their shop, spent the night in MH in the parking lot and the next day, they went to work on a huge transmission job; stayed open on a Friday night because the job took over 8 hrs. They fixed us up - could have charged us large as we were stuck and at their mercy. They were way under what we expected to pay and they greased, lubed, and checked everything and got us back on the road. We went another 12,000 kms that trip and many more since then with no transmission issues. Thank you, thank you; we always think of you guys !!!”
